ERph is a collection of the regulations issued by the Philippine Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC). It provides instant everywhere access to the ERC’s resolutions, rules, and guidelines from its creation in 2001, where everything is stored offline in your device and accessible even without internet connection.

It is searchable using key words and commonly-used acronyms, with the search results giving the user a listing of related issuances and their history. This makes it easy to determine which regulations are the latest and prevailing, and which regulations have already been superseded or modified.

It will be updated regularly to include the latest ERC issuances, and annotations by industry experts on various regulations and selected subject areas will be provided in subsequent updates of the app, for a better appreciation of the Philippine electricity regulatory environment.
